The Englewood executive staff grew up in the shopping center industry; from designing the centers as architects through the development of interior regional malls and convenience centers with shopping center developers. When planning and building any type of retail center, the interaction and commitment to the developer, retail and restaurant tenants is as important as the complexity of building the specific center. We are well versed in the significance of this dynamic and our shopping center construction teams are selected using this dynamic as criteria. We retain a comprehensive data base of construction costs and we have the ability to budget many different shopping center models. Our goal is to expand our shopping center construction presence and continue to work with real estate developers in the development of their centers on a national basis. |
