Restaurant construction became a natural transition from our retail roots. The relentless attention to detail and interaction with operations remain constant within the retail and restaurant industry. The "back of the house," kitchen and food preparation venues are given equal attention to the interior finishes in the dining and bar environment. We have been involved in restaurant development from the conceptual phase through the opening of restaurants for national restaurant chains. The interaction with operations and specifically the chef and cooks is instrumental in making the restaurant project a success. Englewood intends to continue to make the development of restaurants a key component of our future growth. |
