Based on Englewood's reputation in compressing schedules and reducing budgets on its retail and restaurant projects, several hospitality clients solicited Englewood to incorporate those values and procedures into their hotel projects. Many of the retail and restaurant components are consistent with hospitality uses (e.g. shops, cafes, front desks). We were able to successfully complete phased room renovation projects for Red Roof Inn, retail and lobby remodeling projects for the Palmer House, install a Wellness Center in the Drake and build hotels for Value Place. With the completion of Englewood's hospitality projects, we were able to successfully round out our portfolio and experience as the premier retail, restaurant, hospitality and shopping center contractor.
